I remember meeting him one Friday afternoon cooking up burgers for the staff.I had just moved to Vernon and really didn't know anyone in the business. Went to salmon arm last weekend from Abbotsford for a hockey tournament, stopped in just to have a look. Found a truck that was exactly what I wanted. Came back up with my trade, happy to say customer service is not dead, at least not up country like it is in the lower mainland. Kate was amazing to deal with in every aspect, actually every person I had dealings with there was great. Wish they were closer to home. We needed to upgrade our truck in order to haul a large work trailer and Georgia Gregoire helped us find the perfect fit! She was knowledgeable and the perfect amount of communication. Due to timming and living a few hours away Patrick also helped us throughout the process and the whole experience was very pleasant.
I just bought a 2023 Chevy Silverado RST from this dealership and couldn’t be more happy! I’ve had really bad experiences purchasing vehicles in the past and they definitely changed that for me!Georgia was my sales person and she was very sweet and helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured into a deal. The staff at bannister were so kind! They were very helpful and efficient. I took my car there needing a couple of part replacements and they got everything done within the day! Also very reasonable pricing; I received a quote for $6400 prior to bringing it to Bannister but my final cost at Bannister was less than $600. Would absolutely recommend to my friends and family!

I've purchased three vehicles from Bannister GM Vernon over the last few years, and I can't say enough good things about their service. Rob McLaren and Chris Beaton have always been incredibly supportive and transparent when it comes to my needs. While there have been minor issues with the service department, they've always gone out of their way to make it right. This process can be stressful, but they've made it completely stress free, and I'm very happy with my purchases.

My wife and I found out she was pregnant and started looking for a more reliable vehicle for her. We were looking at Rav 4s in Kelowna and decided to expand our search. The salesman we dealt with (Jesse) was really nice and honest. He was a breath of fresh air after dealing with some other salesmen.We test drove a used 2019 Rav 4 and my Wife was very excited. We purchased it and the whole process was stress free. After the purchase Jesse kept in touch to make sure we were happy and there were no issues.10/10 would recommend!
